The online shop’s cart does not support orders from outside Japan.

We will select the most suitable shipping method based on factors such as size and delivery destination. Also, please note that we only accept payment via PayPal, so you will need a PayPal account.

Upon receiving your email inquiry, we will first confirm whether delivery to your desired destination is possible. If delivery is possible, we will confirm the shipping cost and contact you. Additionally, sturdy packaging using plywood or similar materials is necessary for shipping overseas, so we will also provide a packaging estimate. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the estimate.

The necessary costs include the product price, shipping fee, shipping insurance fee, and packaging fee. After informing you of the total amount, we will finalize your order upon your acceptance. At that time, we will send you instructions for PayPal payment. After confirming your payment, we will arrange shipment. Please note that orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.

*Depending on the delivery destination, taxes such as customs duties may be imposed. If customs duties are charged, it is your responsibility to pay them to the customs office. Customs duties vary depending on the destination country, so please contact the customs office for details.

・All products are either antique Japanese items or items made from recycled materials. They are not new.
・Some products may retain scratches, stains, etc., acquired over the years, without being repaired, as part of their charm.
・Even for repaired items, there may be minor scratches, stains, rust, chips, etc., on all products.
・Many products are made of solid wood, which adds to their charm but may also result in cracks, warping, twisting, etc.
・Solid wood breathes and undergoes constant expansion and contraction depending on the surrounding environment, such as humidity. Although adjustments have been made in Tokyo, Japan, the wood may deform in the recipient country’s environment. Specifically, in colder and drier regions than Japan, the wood may contract, causing new cracks or gaps, while in hotter and more humid regions, the wood may expand, making the drawers tight. Please understand that these are unavoidable characteristics of solid wood. Also, please note that repairs cannot be made after delivery, so please consider carefully before placing your order.
・The interiors of the furniture have been cleaned to the extent possible, but there may still be odors from the materials, paint, adhesive, or unique odors of antique furniture.
・In the event of damage during transportation, we will provide compensation through transportation insurance according to the shipping company’s regulations. Please note that compensation other than insurance cannot be provided.
・Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
・Discounts are not available under any circumstances.
・Fragile items may not be eligible for shipping.

商品の輸送方法は、サイズやお届け先などを考慮して最適な方法を弊社で選定いたします。また、お支払方法はPayPalのみとなりますので、PayPalアカウントが必要になります。

メールでのお問い合わせを頂きましたら、まずはご希望の輸送先へのお届けが可能かどうかを確認いたします。輸送が可能であれば、弊社で送料を確認してご連絡いたします。また、日本国外への発送には合板などによる頑丈な梱包が必要になるため、梱包料金も併せてお見積りいたします。お見積りには1～2週間程度お日にちを頂く場合がございます。

必要な費用は、商品代金、輸送料金、輸送保険料、梱包料金の合計金額となります。合計金額をお知らせした後、お客様の承諾をいただいた時点でご注文を確定とさせていただきます。その際にPayPal決済のご案内をお送りいたしますので、PayPalにてお支払いをお願いいたします。お支払い確認後に輸送の手配を開始いたします。ご注文確定後のキャンセルはお受けできません。

注意事項
・商品は全て日本の古いもの、もしくは古いものをリメイクしたものです。新品ではございません。
・経年によりついたキズや汚れなどを魅力的な個性として補修せずにそのまま残している場合がございます。
・補修をしたものに関しても、基本的に全ての商品に細かなキズや汚れ、錆や欠けなどがございます。
・商品は無垢材でつくられているものが多くあり、豊かな表情や質感が魅力の反面、割れや反り、ねじれなどがございます。
・無垢材は呼吸をしているため、周囲の湿度などの環境により、絶えず膨張と収縮を繰り返しています。日本(東京)の環境下で調整を済ませておりますが、お届け先の国の環境によっては変形などを起こす場合がございます。具体的には、日本より寒くて乾燥している地域では木材が収縮して新たに割れや隙間ができたり、日本より高温多湿の地域では木材が膨張して引き出しが固くなるなどの可能性がございます。以上は無垢材の特性上避け難いことであるとご理解ください。また、お届け後の修理はお受けできませんので、ご注文前に十分に検討していただき予めご了承いただける場合のみご注文ください。
・家具の内部はできる限りのクリーニングを済ませておりますが、素材のにおいや、塗装のにおい、接着剤のにおい、古家具独特なにおいなどがする場合がございます。
・輸送中の破損などが発生した場合は、輸送保険による損害賠償対応を行います。保険の適用条件は、輸送会社規定に準じます。なお、保険以外での補償はいたしかねます。
・ご注文のキャンセル、返品、交換はお受けできません。
・いかなる場合も、値引きはいたしかねます。
・壊れやすい商品は配送できない場合がございます。
