does not support international shipping through its cart system.
If you wish to place an order from overseas, please include the required information and contact us at the email address below.
We will confirm whether the requested item can be shipped and provide an estimated shipping and packing cost.
Please provide the following information when making an inquiry.
Destination country and city
Example: France, Paris
Product number
Please check the product page of the item you wish to purchase and provide the 5-digit number shown after the product name.
Example: A0123
Inquiries are supported in Japanese, English, and Chinese only.
Please note that we do not accept inquiries by telephone.
Order Process for Overseas Customers
1. As stated above, please contact us by email.
2. We will confirm whether the requested item can be shipped and provide an estimated shipping and packing cost.
3. If you wish to proceed with the order, we will request detailed delivery information (full name, address, phone number, individual or company, etc.) and provide a final quotation with accurate shipping cost, packing cost, and delivery schedule.
4. After you agree to the final quotation, we will guide you through the purchase procedure.
5. After the purchase procedure is completed, we will begin shipping arrangements.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are generally sent by air freight.
Delivery is provided on a Door to Door basis, up to the front door.
Delivery is made up to a location accessible by hand trolley.
If there are stairs or level differences, delivery will be made up to the point before the steps.
Unpacking is the responsibility of the customer.
Payment
The total amount consists of the product price, shipping cost, packing cost, and optional transport insurance fee.
After you agree to the final quotation, we will create a product page including all costs in the Online Shop . Please proceed with the purchase from that page.
Payment is accepted by credit card only, and full prepayment is required.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Import Clearance
Customs duties and taxes incurred at the time of import are the responsibility of the customer in the destination country.
The amount of tax and related procedures are determined in accordance with the customs regulations of each country.
Import clearance is conducted under the responsibility of the importer, and if customs authorities request confirmation of details or additional documents, the customer must respond accordingly.
Transport Insurance
Transport insurance can be added based on the declared value (product price) to cover potential issues during transportation.
The insurance fee is JPY 130 per JPY 11,000 of the declared value.
Example
If the declared value (product price) is JPY 110,000
→ Insurance fee: JPY 1,300
Insurance coverage is optional.
Insurance fees are subject to change; the amounts listed above are provided as a reference only.
In the event of damage during transportation, compensation will be handled in accordance with the terms of the attached transport insurance.
Eligibility for compensation and the scope of coverage are subject to the shipping company’s regulations and the applicable insurance conditions.
Compensation beyond the scope of the transport insurance, or compensation in cases where insurance is not applied, is not available.
Export by Container
If you wish to purchase multiple items in bulk, export by sea container is also available.
In such cases, shipments are generally handled as Full Container Load (FCL).
As conditions and procedures differ, please contact us at the email address below if you wish to proceed.
Additional Notes
– All items are either antique pieces from Japan or furniture remade from antique materials. They are not new products.
– Signs of age such as scratches or stains may remain without being repaired, as they are considered part of the item’s character.
– Even restored items may have minor scratches, stains, rust, chips, or similar imperfections.
– Many items are made of solid wood. While this provides rich texture and character, cracking, warping, or twisting may occur.
– Solid wood naturally expands and contracts in response to humidity and environmental conditions. Although adjustments are made under the environment in Japan (Tokyo), changes such as deformation may occur depending on the climate of the destination country. For example, in colder and drier regions than Japan, the wood may shrink and develop new cracks or gaps, while in hotter and more humid regions, the wood may expand and drawers may become tight. Please understand that these are unavoidable characteristics of solid wood.
– Repairs after delivery are not available. Please place an order only after careful consideration and acceptance of these conditions.
– The interior of the furniture is cleaned as thoroughly as possible; however, odors from materials, paint, adhesives, or antique furniture may remain.
– Due to the photography environment and your monitor settings, the color and texture of the product may appear different from the actual item.
– Product dimensions and weight may vary slightly due to the nature of antique furniture.
– Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
– Discounts are not available under any circumstances.

オンラインショップ
のカートシステムは、海外配送に対応しておりません。
海外からのご注文をご希望の場合は、必要情報をご記載のうえ、下記メールアドレスまでお問い合わせください。
ご希望の商品をお届けできるかどうかと、概算の送料および梱包費用をお調べいたします。

海外からのご注文の流れ
1. 上記の通り、メールにてお問合せください。
2. 商品の発送可否と、概算の送料・梱包費をご案内します。
3. ご注文いただける場合は、お届け先の詳細情報（フルネーム・ご住所・電話番号・個人or法人など）をお伺いし、正確な送料・梱包費・納期の本見積を行います。
4. 本見積の内容にご同意いただいた後、ご購入手続きをご案内いたします。
5. ご購入手続き完了後、発送の手配を開始します。
輸送・配送について
基本的に航空便で発送します。
配送は、玄関先までの Door to Door 配送となります。
※ 手押し台車で搬送可能な場所まで。階段などの段差がある場合は、段差の手前までの配送となります。また、開梱はお客様にてご対応いただきます。
お支払いについて
必要な費用は、商品代金・送料・梱包費・輸送保険料（任意）の合計金額となます。
本見積の内容に合意いただきましたら、全ての費用を含めた商品ページを オンラインショップ 内に作成いたしますので、そちらからご購入手続きをお願いいたします。
※ クレジットカード決済のみ、全額前払いとなります。
関税・輸入税・輸入通関について
関税や輸入時に発生する税金は、輸入国側でお客様のご負担となります。
税額や手続きについては、各国の税関制度に基づきます。
また、輸入通関は輸入者責任となるため、税関より内容確認や追加書類の提出等を求められた場合は、お客様にてご対応いただくことになります。
輸送保険について
輸送時のトラブルに備え、申告価格（商品価格）に応じた輸送保険を付帯することが可能です。
保証手数料は、申告価格11,000円ごとに130円となります。
【例】
申告価格（商品価格）が 110,000円 の場合
→ 保証手数料：1,300円
※ 保険の付帯は任意となります。
※ 保証手数料は、変更になる場合がございます。上記金額は目安としてご理解ください。
輸送中の破損などが発生した場合は、付帯された輸送保険の内容に基づき、損害賠償の対応を行います。補償の可否および補償内容は、輸送会社の規定および保険の適用条件に準じます。
なお、輸送保険の適用範囲を超える補償や、保険未付帯の場合の補償には対応いたしかねます。
コンテナでのまとめての輸出について
家具をまとめて多数のご購入をご希望の場合は、海上コンテナでの輸出にも対応しております。
その場合は、基本的にフルコンテナ（FCL）での対応となります。
条件や手続きが異なるため、ご希望の場合は下記メールアドレスまでご相談ください。
その他の注意事項
・商品は全て日本の古いもの、もしくは古いものをリメイクしたものです。新品ではございません。
・経年によりついたキズや汚れなどを魅力的な個性として補修せずにそのまま残している場合がございます。
・補修をしたものに関しても、基本的に全ての商品に細かなキズや汚れ、錆や欠けなどがございます。
・商品は無垢材でつくられているものが多くあり、豊かな表情や質感が魅力の反面、割れや反り、ねじれなどがございます。
・無垢材は呼吸をしているため、周囲の湿度などの環境により、絶えず膨張と収縮を繰り返しています。日本（東京）の環境下で調整を済ませておりますが、お届け先の国の環境によっては変形などを起こす場合がございます。具体的には、日本より寒くて乾燥している地域では木材が収縮して新たに割れや隙間ができたり、日本より高温多湿の地域では木材が膨張して引き出しが固くなるなどの可能性がございます。以上は無垢材の特性上避け難いことであるとご理解ください。
・お届け後の修理はお受けできませんので、ご注文前に十分に検討していただき、予めご了承いただける場合のみご注文ください。
・家具の内部はできる限りのクリーニングを済ませておりますが、素材のにおいや、塗装のにおい、接着剤のにおい、古家具独特のにおいなどがする場合がございます。
・撮影環境やご使用のモニター環境により、実際の商品と色味や質感が異なって見える場合がございます。
・商品サイズや重量は、古家具の特性上、若干の誤差が生じる場合がございます。
・ご注文のキャンセル、返品、交換はお受けできません。
・いかなる場合も、値引きはいたしかねます。
