Products are basically delivered by EMS (Express Mail Service).If the product cannot be sent by EMS due to its size or other reasons, another shipping method may be used.
PayPal is the only payment method, so a PayPal account is required.

Once we receive your inquiry by e-mail, we will first check if we can deliver to your desired delivery destination.If delivery is possible, we will check the shipping cost and contact you.We will also estimate the cost of packaging for shipments outside of Japan, which will require sturdy packaging made of plywood or other materials.

The required fee is the total of the product price, delivery fee(insurance included), and packaging fee.After informing you of the total amount, we will confirm your order upon your approval. We will then proceed to arrange delivery.At that time, we will send you information on PayPal payment, so please make your payment via PayPal.Cancellation of an order after it has been confirmed will not be accepted.

Depending on the delivery destination, customs duties and other taxes may apply.

Notes.
All items are old or remade from old Japanese items. They are not new.
Some items may have scratches, stains, etc. that have been left as they are without being repaired as part of their charm and individuality.
Even with repairs, all items basically have minor scratches, stains, rust, chips, etc.
Many of our products are made of solid wood, and while the richness of expression and texture is appealing, there may be cracks, warping and twisting.
Solid wood breathes and is constantly expanding and contracting depending on the surrounding humidity and other environmental factors. Although we have made adjustments under the environment in Japan (Tokyo), deformation may occur depending on the environment in the destination country. Specifically, in areas that are colder and drier than Japan, the wood may shrink, creating new cracks and gaps, and in areas that are hotter and more humid than Japan, the wood may expand, causing the drawers to become hard. Please understand that these are unavoidable due to the characteristics of solid wood. We cannot accept any repair after delivery. Please consider this matter carefully before ordering and only order if you understand the situation beforehand.
Please note that we do not accept any repair work after delivery.
In the event of damage during transportation, we will compensate you for the damage through transportation insurance. Insurance coverage conditions will be in accordance with the shipping company’s regulations. We will not provide any compensation other than insurance.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges of orders.
No discounts will be given under any circumstances.
Fragile items may not be delivered.

商品は基本的にEMS(国際スピード郵便)でのお届けになります。商品のサイズなどによってはEMSで送れない場合は、別の配送方法になる場合もございます。また、お支払方法はPayPalのみとなりますので、PayPalアカウントが必要になります。

メールでのお問い合わせを頂きましたら、まずはご希望の配送先への配送が可能かどうかを確認いたします。配送が可能であれば、弊社で送料を確認してご連絡いたします。また、日本国外への発送には合板などによる頑丈な梱包が必要になるため、梱包料金も併せてお見積りいたします。

必要な費用は、商品代金、配送料金(保険料込み)、梱包料金の合計金額となります。合計金額をお知らせした後、お客様の承諾をいただいた時点でご注文を確定させていただきます。その後配送の手配を進めさせていただきます。その際にPayPal決済のご案内をお送りいたしますので、PayPalにてお支払いをお願いいたします。ご注文確定後のキャンセルはお受けできません。

注意事項
・商品は全て日本の古いもの、もしくは古いものをリメイクしたものです。新品ではございません。
・経年によりついたキズや汚れなどを魅力的な個性として補修せずにそのまま残している場合がございます。
・補修をしたものに関しても、基本的に全ての商品に細かなキズや汚れ、錆や欠けなどがございます。
・商品は無垢材でつくられているものが多くあり、豊かな表情や質感が魅力の反面、割れや反り、ねじれなどがございます。
・無垢材は呼吸をしているため、周囲の湿度などの環境により、絶えず膨張と収縮を繰り返しています。日本(東京)の環境下で調整を済ませておりますが、お届け先の国の環境によっては変形などを起こす場合がございます。具体的には、日本より寒くて乾燥している地域では木材が収縮して新たに割れや隙間ができたり、日本より高温多湿の地域では木材が膨張して引き出しが固くなるなどの可能性がございます。以上は無垢材の特性上避け難いことであるとご理解ください。また、お届け後の修理はお受けできませんので、ご注文前に十分に検討していただき予めご了承いただける場合のみご注文ください。
・家具の内部はできる限りのクリーニングを済ませておりますが、素材のにおいや、塗装のにおい、接着剤のにおい、古家具独特なにおいなどがする場合がございます。
・運送中の破損などが発生した場合は、運送保険による損害賠償対応を行います。保険の適用条件は、運送会社規定に準じます。なお、保険以外での補償はいたしかねます。
・ご注文のキャンセル、返品、交換はお受けできません。
・いかなる場合も、値引きはいたしかねます。
・壊れやすい商品は配送できない場合がございます。
